Warrantee & Guarantee Our all product
line will cover one year warranty & guaranty from the date of installation,
except all kinds of accessories depend on use ground connection (earthing),
Stabilizer,UPS and IPS
(to protect your power fluctuation for 220V, Battery operated product
do not require).
We will unable to provide Warrantee, Guarantee and Service if
buyer failure to fulfill our requirements.
Service Hardware: our service
team will provide service as soon as possible from getting appropriate
trouble
information by phone or mail within service period. After one year
buyer can increase service period
by make a service contact
Software:
Software: We will provide three months service for CREDIBLE software
without any customize.
Buyer can customize our software by paid extra charge.
Support Hardware: We
will provide technical support to buyer’s nominated person,Free
of charge within one year.
Software: We
will provide training two people to operate our software,Free of
charge.
