ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø faculty and staff are invited to this information session that focuses on a suite of online learning modules to support graduate supervision at McMaster.
ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Excellence, Mentorship, and Supervision Excellence – better known as GEMS – is being developed by the School of ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Studies, with financial support through the Office of the Provost.
This session will provide an overview of the GEMS project (ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø Excellence, Mentorship, and Supervision) and invite participants to provide input into the module design and curriculum. Themes/keywords: Faculty professional development, career advancement, research training, graduate student retention, online learning, co-curricular learning, graduate supervision pedagogy, graduate school navigation, research mentoring.
